Every time a new post containing a specific keyword is published to a selected RSS feed, Make (formerly Integromat) will automatically send an email to a specified address.

Step by step instructions:

1. Create a new scenario in Make (formerly Integromat).
2. Add the RSS module to the scenario.
3. Select the RSS feed you want to watch for new posts.
4. Add the Email module to the scenario.
5. Enter the email address you want to send new posts to.
6. Add the Filter module to the scenario.
7. Configure the Filter module to only send new posts that contain the keyword you’re interested in.
