Step by step instructions:

1. Create a new scenario in Make (formerly Integromat).
2. Add the Slack > Get Messages trigger and select the Slack channel you want to monitor.
3. Add the Telegram > Send Message action.
4. Enter the message you want to send on Telegram.
5. Run the scenario.
