Step by step instructions:

1. Create a new Google Calendar event.
2. Connect your Google Calendar and Telegram accounts to Make (formerly Integromat).
3. Add the Google Calendar > Get a calendar event module to your Make (formerly Integromat) scenario.
4. Select the calendar you want to watch in the Calendar field.
5. In the Event ID field, enter the ID of the event you just created.
6. Add the Telegram > Send a message module to your scenario.
7. If you want to send the message to a specific chat, enter the chat ID in the Chat ID field.
8. In the Message field, enter the message you want to send. You can use template tags to insert event data into the message.
9. Run the scenario.
